The foundation was created to provide financial support to children of terminally ill parents. Such financial support shall be used to provide these children with the opportunity to enjoy some of life's simple pleasures that other children enjoy without placing additional financial strain on parents and caretakers: to help bring some joy, laughter and love into their lives

CAMP KESEM

The CLB Foundation has been given the opportunity to send children from our foundation to Camp Kesem.

"Camp Kesem is a week-long summer camp that serves the unique needs of children affected by a parent's cancer. One magical week away at camp creates a safe environment for kids between the ages of 6 and 16 to develop friendships with peers facing similar challenges, away from the stress and fear that cancer has brought to their lives. At Camp Kesem, everything we do is focused on giving campers a fun filled week at camp while providing the attention they need to build a peer-support system that will last a lifetime."

If you know of any child that might want to attend, please contact us. The week we were given is August 10-15, 2014 at Camp Candlewood in New Fairfield, CT.
